      Day 1

      Diamond grinding the concrete to create a porous surface for maximum adhesion.

    2. Step 2: Moisture Barrier Primer

      Day 1 (Overnight Cure)

      Applying a specialized primer to prevent moisture rising and bubbling.

    3. Step 3: Metallic Base & Swirl

      Day 2

      Pouring 100% solid epoxy and artistically manipulating metallic pigments.

    4. Step 4: Polyurethane Top Coat

      Day 3 (Handover after 48h)

      Applying a UV-stable top coat for scratch resistance.

Warranty on Metallic Epoxy Flooring

The thicker the system, the longer we stand behind it. Thickness is agreed in writing before we start.

  • 15 years

    Minimum 2 mm thickness

  • 30 years

    Minimum 3 mm thickness

Both terms assume the system was laid by us to the stated thickness and is used normally. The warranty covers the epoxy system itself — it does not cover cracks that come up through the concrete underneath.
